MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 ERP WITH COPILOT
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with Copilot to run your company
As a Microsoft partner in Spain, we implement the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with Copilot in your company. We analyze your processes, migrate the data from your current system and train your team, so that finance, sales, purchasing and inventory work from a single system, with Copilot’s AI helping you day to day.
What is the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and what does Copilot add?
We centralize your company’s management in an intelligent, connected ERP that is ready to grow
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s ERP and CRM: it lets you manage finance, sales, purchasing, operations, customers, inventory and internal processes from an integrated environment. It is one of the business management software options we work with, alongside Odoo.
With Copilot, Microsoft’s artificial intelligence assistant, the ERP helps you speed up tasks, summarize information, answer questions about your data and support everyday decision-making.
As a Microsoft partner, we support you from the initial analysis to go-live.
Centralized management
We bring processes, data and business areas together on a connected platform to improve control of the company and work with a single version of your data.
AI applied to the ERP
We use Copilot to make tasks easier, get information faster and improve efficiency in day-to-day management, from sales to finance.
Team training
We train your team to get the most out of the ERP and Copilot from day one, each person on the parts of the system they will use.
How we implement Dynamics 365 as a Microsoft partner
Initial analysis
Before deciding anything, we analyze how your company works and what the system needs to solve. That defines the real scope of the project.
Implementation from scratch
A complete rollout: configuration to match your processes, data migration and training for the people who will use it.
Migration from another ERP
We move the data from your current system while keeping your history, after deciding with you what is carried over and how it is structured.
Extending Dynamics
If you already have it, we extend it with new modules, review your processes and adjust it to the way you work now, even if another provider implemented it.
Dynamics 365 applications we implement
A family of applications, not a single program
Dynamics 365 brings together several applications that are combined according to what each company needs. We implement the ones that fit your size, your processes and the way you work, and connect them so information is not duplicated.
We choose with you the combination that fits your company.
Whether you are coming from Navision, another ERP or spreadsheets, we migrate your data and configure the Spanish localization, including SII and Verifactu, so everything complies with the regulations from day one.
It can run in Microsoft’s cloud or on your own server, and after go-live we stay with you to extend it whenever your company needs it.
Business Central
Microsoft’s ERP for SMEs: finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and projects in a single application, in the cloud or on your own server.
Finance and Supply Chain
For companies with several legal entities, countries or complex logistics: finance, manufacturing, warehouses and supply chain.
Sales and Service
The CRM side: opportunities, quotes, sales follow-up and customer service, connected to the ERP so sales and administration work with the same data.
Copilot
The AI assistant built into every application, which we switch on and configure where it saves you the most time.

Frequently asked questions about the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
What is Microsoft Dynamics 365?
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Microsoft’s family of business management applications, combining ERP and CRM. It lets you manage finance, sales, purchasing, operations, customers, inventory and internal processes from an integrated platform, connected to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and to Power BI to analyze your data. It works by applications and modules, so each company switches on only what it needs.
What is the difference between Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance?
Business Central is Microsoft’s ERP designed for SMEs: it brings finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and projects together in a single application and takes less effort to roll out. Dynamics 365 Finance, usually together with Supply Chain Management, is designed for large companies or those with several legal entities, countries or complex logistics. We implement whichever your company needs and help you choose based on your size, your processes and your growth plans.
What does Copilot add to Dynamics 365?
Copilot is Microsoft’s artificial intelligence assistant built into Dynamics 365. Inside the ERP it helps summarize information, draft texts such as customer emails or product descriptions, answer questions about your data in natural language and suggest next steps in everyday tasks. The features available depend on the application and the licenses. During implementation we help you switch them on where they add the most value.
Is Dynamics 365 suitable for a small company?
Yes. It works by modules, so you start with what you need and expand later, and licenses are contracted per user. There is no need to implement the whole system at once or pay for features you will not use.
Does Dynamics 365 run in the cloud or on your own server?
We work with both options. The usual choice is Microsoft’s cloud, which stays up to date without you having to do anything, but Business Central can also be installed on your own server if you prefer to keep it on your infrastructure. We recommend the option that best fits your company.
What happens to the data in our current system?
It is migrated. The work is not in moving the data but in deciding beforehand what is carried over and how: which history needs to be kept, which information is duplicated and which criteria are unified. That part is done in the initial analysis, because migrating messy data only moves the mess to the new system.
Do you migrate from Navision (Dynamics NAV)?
Yes. Business Central is the evolution of Navision, so it is the natural next step if you still work with NAV. We migrate your data and history, review the customizations you had and decide with you which ones are still needed and which the standard product already covers.
Does Dynamics 365 comply with Verifactu and SII?
Yes. During implementation we configure the Spanish localization: chart of accounts, taxes, SII and Verifactu, so your invoicing complies with the regulations from day one.
How much does it cost to implement Dynamics 365?
There are two separate costs: Microsoft licenses, paid per user and according to the modules you use, and the implementation, which depends on how many processes need configuring, whether there is a data migration and whether custom developments are needed. We assess it after the initial analysis, once the real scope is known.
How long does it take to implement Dynamics 365?
It depends on the scope: how many modules are switched on, how many processes need configuring, whether there is a data migration and whether custom developments are needed. That is why we do not give timelines up front: the schedule is set after the initial analysis and planned in phases.
Do we need to replace the tools we already use?
Not necessarily. Dynamics 365 integrates with other applications, so the usual approach is to connect what already works (see systems integration) and replace only what the system covers better. We decide with you what stays and what is replaced; it is not imposed by the product.
Do you provide training and support after implementation?
Yes. Training is part of the implementation: each person learns to work with the parts of the system they will use, including Copilot. After go-live we stay with you: we solve incidents, adjust the configuration when your processes change and train new team members or anyone starting to use new modules.
Can you work on a Dynamics system we already have?
Yes, and it is quite common. We review the current configuration, the processes it covers and those left out, and from there we extend or adjust it. It does not matter if we did not carry out the original implementation.
Dynamics 365 or Odoo: which one suits me?
It depends on your company. Dynamics 365 is a particularly good fit if you already work with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and want the ERP integrated into that environment, with Copilot. Odoo is a very flexible modular platform that covers everything from sales and CRM to inventory and invoicing. As we are partners of both, in the initial analysis we recommend the one that best fits your processes, your users and your budget.
What does being a Microsoft partner mean?
We are a Microsoft partner for Dynamics 365, which means we work within its partner program. In practice, we know well what standard Dynamics and Copilot cover, which shortens the initial analysis and avoids developing what the system already does out of the box.
