ERP INTEGRATION
ERP integration to connect your management system with the rest of your applications
We connect your ERP with your CRM, your online store, your invoicing and the rest of your company’s tools so data is recorded only once and flows on its own. As an Odoo and Microsoft partner, we work with businesses across Spain.
What is ERP integration
We connect your ERP with your tools so data flows automatically and in order
ERP integration means connecting your management system with the company’s other applications (CRM, online store, e-invoicing, warehouse or in-house tools) so they share information automatically.
The aim is for each piece of data to be entered only once, for copy-and-paste work between programs to disappear and for every department to work with the same, up-to-date information.
Our approach turns your ERP into the centre of all your information.
Connection between tools
We integrate your ERP with your CRM, online store, invoicing, warehouse, databases and internal software so they work connected, as a single system.
Synchronized data
We automate the exchange of information with the ERP to avoid duplicate records, manual errors and out-of-date data, in one direction or both.
More efficient processes
We design each integration around the way you work, with existing connectors or with custom developments when needed, to improve control and decision making.
The ERP at the centre of integration
In most companies the management system is where operations live: customers, orders, invoicing, warehouse. But it is rarely on its own. Around it there is an online store, a sales CRM, an e-invoicing tool, a time-tracking system or a department’s own application.
Integrating the ERP means that this whole environment talks to it instead of running in parallel. The order that comes in through the store reaches the ERP without anyone retyping it, the customer created in the CRM also exists in invoicing, and the data in one place and another stop contradicting each other. We work with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, Holded and other ERPs on the market, and if you do not have an ERP yet, we help you choose and implement it.
If what you need is to connect applications to each other so that a specific process runs without manual work, see systems integration, within automation.
Why integrate your ERP with the rest of your systems
The ERP is no longer isolated
It stops information being trapped in separate tools and gets your systems working in a coordinated way.
No re-entering data in every system
It cuts copied data, duplicate records and repetitive processes that waste time and cause errors.
Processes that cross applications seamlessly
It automates the flow of information between departments, platforms and applications to improve daily productivity.
One single version of every piece of data
Work with up-to-date, centralized data to make better decisions and track everything the business is doing.
What we connect to your ERP
An integration designed around what you already use
Every company has its own set of tools, so the integration is designed around what you already use. First we see which data is repeated between systems and which system should own each piece of data; then we decide how to connect them.
It can be a connection between two programs or a whole environment around the ERP.
These are some examples of what we connect. We work with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sage, Holded and other ERPs on the market, with existing connectors or with our own developments when needed.
If a system does not offer a direct connection, we build the bridge it needs. And if you do not have an ERP yet, we help you choose and implement it before connecting it to the rest of your tools.
Online store
Orders, customers and stock move from your online store or from marketplaces such as Amazon into the ERP without retyping, and stock and prices go back to the store when the programs allow it.
CRM
The customer record and opportunities are shared between sales and invoicing without duplicates, also with CRMs such as Salesforce.
Invoicing
We connect the ERP with e-invoicing and Verifactu so every invoice comes from the data you already have, without entering it again.
Warehouse and logistics
Stock, delivery notes and shipments synchronized with the warehouse and carriers, and the data ready to analyze in Power BI.
How we approach ERP integration
Systems analysis
We review your tools, the data they share and where it is duplicated, to know what is worth connecting and how.
Integration design
We define with you which system owns each piece of data and in which direction it is synchronized, before building anything.
Development and testing
We build the connection on each system’s official channels and test it with real data before switching it on.
Go-live and support
We switch the integration on, train your team and provide support afterwards, including when one of the systems changes.
What your company gains by integrating its ERP
Central control
It brings processes, data and work areas together in digital tools that make day-to-day control and organization of your company easier.
Greater productivity
It cuts manual work, speeds up internal flows and lets your team work more efficiently and in a coordinated way.
Connected tools
It integrates applications, platforms and systems so information flows better between departments, teams and processes.

Frequently asked questions about ERP integration
What is ERP integration?
It is the connection of the ERP, the company’s management system, with the other applications it uses (CRM, online store, e-invoicing, warehouse or in-house tools) so they share information automatically. That way each piece of data is entered only once and every department works with the same version.
Which ERPs do you work with?
We are Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 partners, and we also integrate Sage, Holded and other ERPs on the market. With older or custom-built ERPs, we check before starting which connection options they offer.
Can my ERP be integrated with other applications?
Yes. We connect it to your online store and marketplaces, CRMs such as Salesforce, e-invoicing and Verifactu, the warehouse and carriers, analytics tools such as Power BI or in-house applications. With older or very closed ERPs we look for another route, and we assess that before starting.
What data can be synchronized with the ERP?
The most common are customers, suppliers, products, prices, stock, orders, invoices, delivery notes and shipments. When the programs allow it, synchronization works in both directions: for example, orders come into the ERP and stock and prices go back to the store.
How is the ERP integrated with the CRM?
First we define which system owns each piece of data: usually the ERP for invoicing and the CRM, such as Salesforce, for the customer relationship. From there the information is synchronized in one direction or both, and duplicate records and contradictory versions disappear.
Can the ERP be connected to my online store and marketplaces?
Yes. Orders and customers from your online store or from marketplaces such as Amazon or ManoMano reach the ERP without retyping, and stock and prices are updated in your sales channels when the programs allow it.
Does the ERP have to be modified to integrate it?
Not in most cases. The integration is built on the connection channels the system itself offers, with existing connectors when there are any, without touching its configuration or its code. Modifying the ERP is only considered when there is no alternative, and then it is done in a way that survives updates.
What happens when the ERP is updated?
If the integration has been built on the official connection channels, an update will not break it. It is still worth reviewing it after major version changes, because sometimes fields change or new features appear that are worth taking advantage of.
How long does an ERP integration take?
It depends on how many systems need connecting, whether they offer a direct connection, how much data is synchronized and whether any custom development is needed. That is why we do not give timelines up front: we set them after the analysis, once we know the scope. What usually takes longest is not the technical connection but agreeing which data owns which.
Do I have to change the programs I already use?
No, quite the opposite. Integration lets you keep the tools that already work and make them talk to the ERP. Changing a system only makes sense if it stops you doing what you need, and that is a separate decision from the integration.
What is the difference between ERP integration and systems integration?
ERP integration puts the management system at the centre: everything that happens in the store, the CRM or the warehouse ends up in the ERP. The systems integration we do within automation connects applications to each other so that a specific process runs on its own, even if it does not go through the ERP.
Do you provide support after go-live?
Yes. After switching the integration on we train your team and provide support, and we review it when one of the connected systems changes.
