What does an artificial intelligence consultation include?
An artificial intelligence consultation does not start with the technology but with the business. The European Artificial Intelligence Regulation — Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 — classifies AI systems by risk level and imposes different obligations on transparency, human oversight and documentation depending on that classification.
