Who is it for?
The digital solutions provided by the Kit Digital are aimed at the needs of small companies, micro-enterprises and self-employed workers, from any sector or type of business. These companies are divided into 5 segments:

Apply for the Kit Digital grant on the Red.es electronic office (sede.red.gob.es)
Complete all the steps in the form.
Requirements to apply for the grant
Be a small company, micro-enterprise or freelancer.
Meet the financial and headcount limits that define the company categories.
Be registered and meet the minimum length of activity set by the call for applications.
Not be considered a company in difficulty.
Be up to date with tax obligations and Social Security contributions.
Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order from the European Commission declaring aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
Not fall under any of the prohibitions set out in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003 of 17 November, the General Subsidies Act.
Not exceed the de minimis aid limit (small amounts).
