KIT DIGITAL

A new Kit Digital call for applications!

Kit digital call for civil-law partnerships open from 12 September

This July a new one has opened new call for applications to access the Kit Digital grants aimed at digitization of jointly owned entities, jointly owned farms and professional firms and civil-law partnerships with a commercial purpose.

The window to submit the kit digital grant application opens on 12 September and will stay open until 31 December 2024. This call has an initial budget of 100 million euros, which can be increased.

These types of company had not been able to access the kit digital in the previous calls, but a new call for them was pending publication. It has now finally been published and all these companies can now also access the kit digital grants.

Requirements to access the kit digital

These entities will be able to apply for their digital voucher if they have fewer than 50 employees and, as in the previous calls, the grant will differ according to that criterion: Segment I (entities with between 10 and fewer than 50 employees), Segment II (entities with between 3 and fewer than 10 employees) and Segment III (entities with between 0 and fewer than 3 employees).

But, unlike the previous calls, a single form will have to be completed regardless of the segment (I, II or III) they belong to and it will be Red.es who, on receiving the application, carries out the checks needed to determine which segment each applicant entity falls into and therefore what grant it will receive based on the segment red.es says it belongs to.

To be eligible for the grant, applicant entities must be registered in the Census of business owners, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency or in the equivalent census of the regional Tax Administration, which will have to reflect the economic activity they carry out at the date of applying for the grant, and be at least 6 months old.

In addition, jointly owned entities, jointly owned farms and civil-law partnerships with a commercial purpose that are not incorporated by public deed will need to submit a legal representation form appointing a legal representative for the entity’s members. This procedure will not be necessary for professional civil-law partnerships.

Digitizing agents

The accredited digitizing agents will be the only ones able to develop the digitization solutions these entities need, once the kit digital grant has been awarded and a collaboration agreement has been signed between the company and the digitizing agent.

The digitization solutions will be the same as for the previous calls. You can see them at our website.
